Wednesday, Oct. 29, 8 p.m. -- Electro-pop duo Cherub performs in the College of Education auditorium. The opening acts are Gibbz and Ghost Beach. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Free, but space is limited.

Thursday, Oct. 30, noon -- UW historic preservation plan public meeting, Wyoming Union Yellowstone Ballroom. The plan also will be presented at Laramie Plains Museum’s Alice Hardie Stevens Center from 6:30-8 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 30, 4 p.m. -- Fall of the Berlin Wall public talk and reception for researcher Jason Owens, about the 428 Namibian children whose sojourn (1979-1990) in East Germany was cut short when the wall fell, Wyoming Union Family Room. Free.
