“The 39 Steps” to play at UW

Caitlin Anderle/Townsquare Media[/caption]For two nights only, the University of Wyoming will present "The 39 Steps," based on the 1935 film by Alfred Hitchcock and 1915 novel by author John Buchan, which has been featured on the syllabus of some University of Wyoming faculty members.

The play follows spy Richard Hannay across the British Isles as he tries to prevent a spy organization called The 39 Steps from stealing classified information.

The Lone Tree Arts Center near Boulder, Colorado has also recently staged a production than ran for one week in April of 2014.

"The 39 Steps" will run September 18-19, 2015 at the Education Auditorium starting at 7 p.m. Tickets will cost $7 and will be made available at the door.
