Snowy Range Dance Festival Celebrates 20th Anniversary

The University of Wyoming's Snowy Range Dance Festival workshop is celebrating its 20th year of operation. To commemorate the occasion, they will host their annual gala performance on July 25, 2015 at 4 p.m. in the Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts.

The Snowy Range Dance Festival is a 10 day workshop in which dancers around the state from ages 13 to adult attend an intensive workshop with faculty and the company in residence, culminating in a gala performance at the end of the workshop. This year's company in residence for the festival is the Dancers of the Joffrey Ballet, based in Chicago. This year's performance will also be the first in the newly renovated Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts.
