Poetry Slam

A poetry slam will be held at the University of Wyoming on Wednesday, March 29 at 8 p.m. in the lower level of the Wyoming Union. This event is free and open to the public.
Winners will receive prizes in the form of $200 for 1st place, $100 for 2nd place, and $50 for 3rd place. Those interested can register for this event beginning on Monday, March 20 in the Campus Activities Center (Wyoming Union Room 012) or at the event. Spots are limited. Participants must be UW students but public is welcome to come watch. The Poetry Slam will be judged by a panel of poetry experts.
