The Laramie Local Foods Gathering is a day long event with three tracks of instruction. Particpants will have the opportunity to learn about local food and sustainability practices. Topics include: Container gardens, Tomato grafting, Creating and maintaining a sourdough starter, Cheese making in less than 30 minutes, WyoFresh introduction, Beneficial insects, Soil microbiology, Black Market Farm introduction, Reducing kitchen waste, Composting with worms, Lawn alternatives and Soil qualities.
