I grew up in the small town of Lingle, Wyoming. I got a degree in Media Communication from Bethel University in the Twin Cities area in Minnesota. I lived there for 7 years and only made it to the Mall of America 6 times. I did however attend too many Twins games to count. I moved back to Wyoming in November of 2009 to be closer to my family. I have two nieces that can make anybody's heart melt. When I am not working I am most likely dancing or playing volleyball, wait that's what I wish I was doing all the time...gotta work on that. Wyoming Athletics Director Tom Burman suspended head football coach Dave Christensen for one week and fined him $50,000 for his actions following the Oct. 13 game vs. Air Force. Burman's decision came after a YouTube video was leaked of Christensen's comments to Air Force head coach Troy Calhoun.
Laramie Recreation Center Hosting Trunk or Treat with Pumpkin Dunkin’

Laramie's own Holly Kennedy will be kicking off her year as Miss Rodeo Wyoming 2013 with a Coronation Ball on October 20th at WyoTech's West Laramie Campus. The event will include dinner, dancing, a silent auction and a live auction to help Kennedy raise funds for her year as Wyoming rodeo royalty.
Roof Material Takes Out Laramie Power
It was lights out for about 2,100 Rocky Mountain Power customers in Laramie for a couple of hours on Wednesday afternoon. A Rocky Mountain Power spokesperson said some tin roof material took out a line, causing the power outage.
