5:03 P.M. UPDATE:

Interstate 80 has reopened to all traffic in both directions.

A black ice advisory is in effect between Happy Jack Road and Buford.

ORIGINAL STORY:

For the second time today, westbound Interstate 80 between Cheyenne and Laramie has been closed due to a crash.

The Wyoming Department of Transportation reported the closure shortly after 3:30 p.m., just minutes after announcing the stretch, which had been closed for six hours due to a crash near the Summit, had reopened.

As of 3 p.m., WYDOT estimated it would take crews three to four hours to get the interstate back open.
