U.S. Hwy 287 Closed Due to Crash

As of 9:01 a.m. Thursday morning, WYDOT reported closures in effect for U.S. Hwy 287 due to a crash.

Traffic cameras show an 18-wheeler turned sideways blocking the road.

WYDOT reports that the closures are between the Colo. state line and the start of the divided highway at mile marker 416 and 4 miles north of Tie Siding.

WYDOT estimates the road will re-open 6 to 8 hours from the time of closure.

Wyoming Highway Patrol was not immediately available for comment.
