One person was taken to the hospital Tuesday night after a vehicle rear-ended a Wyoming Department of Transportation snowplow on Interstate 80 near Laramie, officials say.
Interstate 25, meanwhile was closed between the Colorado State Line and Wheatland to vehicles hauling trailers weighing less than 20,000 gross volume weight.
"Motorists are encouraged to obey posted signs, flaggers and other traffic control and avoid distractions like cell phones while driving through work zones."
WYDOT is re-doing the road surface on 3rd Street through the town of Laramie from the I-80/3rd St interchange all the way to the 3rd St/Curtis St intersection.
The Wyoming Department of Transportation is once again reminding drivers to watch for snowplows after one of their plow operators was hit near Centennial Wednesday afternoon.
