Samantha Bolejack was reported missing by Cheyenne Police in March and again in May.

Silas Ojeda is also still listed on a missing as a missing person on a Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation website, Wyoming Missing Persons.

She is described as being a 53-year-old white woman who stands five feet two inches tall and weighs 110 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Timothy J. Forwood prosecuted the case.

Agents also allegedly discovered 22 images and 10 videos of child exploitation material on the phone.

Alleged offenders were arrested for crimes such as Possession With Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin and Marijuana, Aggravated Assault and Battery, Sexual Abuse of a Minor.

Agents used special software to connect to Pipher's phone and found an image of a girl, described as a toddler, being sexually abused by a man, the complaint says.

Trent said there is no estimated timeline on when she will receive final reports or make a decision on the prosecution of Colling.
