A 31-year-old Fort Collins man has been arrested for allegedly starting a fire in a garage last week, according to a post on the Larimer County Sheriff's Office Facebook page.

The chief was asking for help because a police officer was accused of committing domestic violence on Sept. 17.

He is known by the street names of "Baby Thug" and "Thug Nasty." Mercado should be considered dangerous and should not be approached.

He's wanted for charges including felony theft and failure to appear on more than three DUI charges, as well as numerous other allegations.
