Laramie Recreation Center

All you volleyball lovers out there get ready for a new season of match-ups to start at the Laramie Recreation Center. The Laramie Community Recreation Center Co-Ed volleyball league consists of two divisions.  The Competitive Division is comprised mainly of men’sand women’s players who have played at a highly competitive level of volleyball in the past.

Each year the Laramie Recreation Center holds the Cabin Fever Indoor Triathlon for both members and non-members of the center. The Recreation Center holds the indoor event as summer approaches so people can see if all that time in the gym during winter has paid its dividends. However Cabin Fever is not your traditional triathlon; here is how it works.

This weekend, March 3-6, the Laramie Recreation Center will hold the State Championship Swim Meet. The recreation center invites everyone to join the nearly 600 swimmers as they compete in this event. Due to the scale of this meet, the Recreation Center's 8-lane pool will be closes for the duration of the event as well as the gym.
