After 40 years of doing theater in Wyoming with Spontaneous Theater Productions, the Pete Simpson family is finally performing all together as they tour with a production of "John Brown's Body" to mark the 150th anniversary of the American Civil War.

An up and coming Swedish singer and songwriter will play at The Crowbar and Grill on Saturday, September 1st. Sophia Talvik will begin the show at 8 p.m. Saturday night.

The Albany County Fair will be presenting a night of pig wrestling on Thursday August 2nd, with a calcutta before hand. Slots are still available for pig wrestling teams.

A free night of family fun will begin at 4 PM on Tuesday at the Albany County Fairgrounds with Family Night at the Fair. Albany County Fair Board President Linda Johnson says that every booth will be offering something free for people who stop by.

Historic walking tours of downtown continue this summer after four “brothel themed” walking tours during Jubilee Days sold out. Do to the popularity of this event, the Laramie Main Street Alliance has added additional tours with a slight twist on the theme.

Can you find Waldo? To celebrate Waldo's 25th anniversary, he will be hiding in twenty local businesses in historic downtown Laramie throughout the month of July. Those who spot him can win Waldo themed prizes as well as gifts from local business.

The Snowy Range Summer Theatre season closes out its season on July 11th through the 14th with a production of the Tony nominated musical Romance/Romance.

The Pretty Things Peep Show, a touring vaudeville review, will take the the stage at the Gryphon Theatre on Thursday June 28th.

Summer is approaching and soon enough it’ll be that time of the year again folks! The 2012 Laramie Jubilee Days will be in full swing starting July 7th. Since its first appearance in the 1940’s, Jubilee Days has evolved from a day long statehood celebration to a week of fun-filled activities. So hold on to your hat, it’s going to be a wild ride!
