Deputies arrested 22-year-old Isiah Diaz on 2 counts of Aggravated assault with injury, Reckless Endangerment and Domestic Battery.

One person is dead and another is reported missing.

Lt. Don Hollingshead says ​the theft happened sometime between June 16-18.

Investigators are still trying to find 21-year-old Armando Raul Ramirez-Serna, who is shown in the above photo.

Authorities are asking anyone who sees Ramirez-Serna to call 911 immediately.

Laganiere is also accused of bringing heroin into the jail and several other charges.

David Fugate is wanted for bond revocation on original charges of felony heroin possession.

So far the knife used in the stabbing hasn't been found.
