A fundraiser for the popular Wyoming-based WHAT Festival is being held in Laramie Friday, June 29th. The fundraiser will feature the bands Whiskey Slaps, Kannibal Korpitz, It Gets Worse, J Shogren & The Shanghalved, and Beatgrass. "It's going to be a very eclectic night of music," says WHAT Festival organizer Carter Parks.

J Shogren had a CD release show at the Gryphon Theatre on Friday night that served as a fundraiser for the Albany County Theatre. Of course if you saw ACT’s production of “Christmas Thieves,” you may have recognized the Shanghai’d & Shipwrecked as the Flyggapojkerna Family Funtime Orkester.
