Mistletoe Mosey Kicks Off Black Friday in Downtown Laramie

Last year was the Mistletoe Mosey's inaugural run in Laramie and this year it is back again to add even more fun to your holiday shopping. If you didn't participate in the Mistletoe Mosey last year or just haven't heard of it before, here is a quick run down.

Buy a Mistletoe Mosey button for only $5 at most participating Mistletoe Mosey stores (List below) or by e-mailing Denise Deem. Each Mistletoe Mosey Button will have a number printed on it and participating stores will have matching buttons on display. If you find the store displaying the button matching yours, then you instantly win a prize from that store worth $50! Last year 22 people found their buttons and Trey Sherwood, Director of the Laramie Main Street Program, said that many excited screams and celebrations were the result. When participants do find their button in a store not only do they win a $50 prize instantly, but they are also entered for the $1,000 grand prize. The big downtown prmotion ends December 23rd at 6PM and the grand prize drawing is December 24th in the First Street Plaza at 11AM. Stores will stay open late Tuesday's this year until 7PM so that people can take full advantage of the Mistletoe Mosey. This is a really fun way to add a little something extra to holiday shopping and a great way to support local merchants in Laramie, so go grab a button and jump on the hunt to find your button!
