Mayor Orr Represents Wyoming At Washington Art Exhibit

Cheyenne Mayor Marian Orr was in Washington D.C. on Monday, representing Cheyenne at an art exhibit celebrating women's suffrage.

The event was hosted by First Lady Melania Trump. The mayor tweeted the following comments:

Honored to represent Wyoming in joining FLOTUS Melania Trump in recognizing the 100th Anniversary of the 19th Amendment. The artwork selected by WY student Dakaeyla (11) of Bar Nunn is a portrait of former WY Gov Nellie Tayloe Ross, the first female Governor elected in the US.
