A 36-year-old Cheyenne man who was arrested on four warrants after police were called to his home on July 31, 2023, is now facing a felony drug charge.

According to a booking sheet, Austin Douglas Baker III, who's currently being housed at the Laramie County Detention Center, was served last night, Aug. 21, with a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance - third or subsequent offense.

The warrant was signed by Laramie County Circuit Court Judge Thomas Lee on Aug. 16.

Baker made his initial court appearance on the charge Tuesday morning.

His bond was set at $3,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for next Thursday, Aug. 31, at 2:30 p.m.
