According to Williams' sister-in-law, Allyvia Howell, who set up the fundraiser, Williams was murdered in front of his wife, Amber, by his supposed best friend, 23-year-old Antonio Navarrete.

Police believe the shooting stemmed from an argument that happened in a bar parking lot in which Williams allegedly smashed the windshield on Navarrete's vehicle.

Navarrete was charged Monday with first-degree murder and aggravated assault and battery with a deadly weapon, and his bond was set at $1 million cash.
