Cheyenne Man Charged With Felony Destruction of Property
A 59-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after reportedly causing thousands of dollars worth of damage to a vehicle.
According to a booking sheet, Laramie County Sheriff's deputies were called to Mark Romain Dunn's home at 711 E. Allison Rd. at approximately 11:40 a.m. yesterday, Aug. 13, after receiving a report of vandalism in progress.
Dunn reportedly admitted to breaking the windows of a vehicle parked at the location.
Deputies say the driver's side headlight, windshield, front driver's side window, rear window, and driver's side taillight were damaged, and it was apparent the damages were more than $1,000.
Dunn was subsequently arrested and charged with felony destruction of property.
He's currently being held in the Laramie County Detention Center on a $1,000 cash bond awaiting an Aug. 21 preliminary hearing.
