BREAKING: Hotly Awaited Cheyenne Venue Opens New Year’s Eve!

There's nothing quite like ringing in the New Year at a new event venue, am I right?

Well, if you need New Year's Eve plans, I've just the place for you. Cheyenne's hotly awaited event venue, the Railspur, announced yesterday in a press release that the venue is set to open on New Year's.

Railspur Opens Its Doors In the Nick of Time.

Earlier this year, the West Edge Collective won a coveted liquor license from the City of Cheyenne for Railspur. The license came with the condition that the establishment is open by December 31, 2022. But, by mid-November, there was no word on a prospective open date until Railspur's website updated with a projected opening of... December 31!

Property owner Chad Willet said in the release, "We told the City Council we'd be ready. Some doubted us, yet here we are. We're thrilled to say: WE DID IT."

They may have been cutting it down to the wire, but if anything, the extended wait just added to the anticipation of Railspur's opening!

Railspur Invites Cheyenne to Welcome in the New Year.

New Year's Eve at Railspur promises to be an exciting event! If you need dinner plans, there will be a dinner buffet served from 3 to 8 p.m. And, if you're looking for a more energetic New Year's celebration, Railspur will convert to an epic 21+ New Year's Eve party with a DJ, plus you can try out the new establishment's signature cocktails. The party goes from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. - and you can bet when the clock strikes midnight, the Railspur will go wild.

What Are Railspur's Regular Hours?

The Railspur is a unique venue open to families daily and a 21+ crowd after 9 p.m. Their daily hours are:

• Monday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Tuesday and Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7 a.m. - 2 a.m.
• Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

What Kind of Food Will Railspur Serve?

Chefs and co-owners Juan Coronado and Seth Stefanik are no strangers to the culinary scene in Cheyenne. Juan helped launch The Metropolitan in 2015, and he, alongside Stefanik, opened the Los Conejos food truck as part of Micro Pop-Up Concepts.

With a background that impressive, it should come as no surprise that the menu for Railspur looks mouthwateringly good. Their coffee lineup features tasty treats like "Bananas Foster Lattes" and "Ube White Chocolate Mochas." Likewise, the lunch and dinner menu is to die for, featuring entrees like Elk Gyros (yum!), Wagyu Cheeseburgers, and Truffle Fries. Is your mouth watering yet?
