What Is This Wyoming Truck Hauling? Wrong Answers Only!

Recently, at a truck stop on I-80 just east of Cheyenne, Wyoming a truck was seen pulling in hauling... whatever these things are.

There are a few of you out there who know what these are.

If you do, please keep your mouth shut.

I mean, what's the fun in actually knowing what they are really for?

What about changing the weather by use of some electro-force machine - thingy?

Just picture these gizmos on the top of two mountain peaks, working together to create giant storms for some - bizarre government experiment.

This would not be the first time conspiracy theorist have thought of such a thing.

There was that HARP program some years ago up in Alaska.

That program may have been for mind control as well.
