We have a large collection of photos to pass along from the 4A State Golf Tournament that was held at the Powder Horn Golf Club in Sheridan this past fall. A big thank you to the Powder Horn staff for these fantastic images.

The boy's winner in 4A was Daniel Meyers of Cheyenne East who shot 77 and 74. He edged Jackson's Joey McNamara by one stroke as McNamara carded rounds of 75 and 77. Josh Lane of Kelly Walsh who was the 2022 state champion was 3rd in 2023, 2 shots off the pace with rounds of 76 and 77. Cheyenne East won the 4A boy's team championship with 625 strokes, Jackson was 2nd with 644, and KW 3rd with 649.

On the girl's side in 4A, the 4A state champion was Natrona's Cheyenne Ward with rounds of 82 and 83. That was good enough to beat Gabi Wright of Sheridan by a single stroke as she recorded rounds of  84 and 82. Sheridan's Shelbi Gardner was 3rd, 2 strokes off the pace shooting 90 and 77.

Sheridan won the 4A team championship with 511 strokes, Natrona was 2nd with 528, and Kelly Walsh was 3rd with 533. Enjoy all the photos from the big tournament and look for someone you know!
