LARAMIE PLAINSMEN FOOTBALL NATRONA COUNTY GAME PREVIEW 2025
LHS lost last Friday at No. 3 Campbell County to the undefeated Camels, 30-20. Dax Parvin had two TD passes, and AJ Sirdoreus found Isaac Kirsch on a 59-yard flea-flicker for the other score. Unfortunately, Campbell County got two TD runs and one TD pass from QB Coulter Lang and held off Laramie. The Plainsmen were out-gained 333 to 264 in total offense.
LHS is averaging 244 yards and 14.6 points per game. Parvin is the No. 5 passer in 4A at 124.4 yards per game. He has 6 TDs to only 2 interceptions. He adds another 22 yards per game on the ground and ranks No. 7 in all-purpose yards per game. His top target is Isaac Kirsch, who is No. 5 in receiving at 54.6 yards per game and has 4 touchdowns. Defensively, Laramie is giving up only 316 yards and 24 points per game. Tyler Gale is No. 1 in defensive points per game at 17.6. He has 44 tackles with six tackles for loss and one interception.
Head coach Jake Chick liked the competitiveness of his group last week, but knows they’ve got to improve their tackling. Despite it being Homecoming week, he feels his team has been ready to prepare for NC all week, knows they need to get a game like this, but also understands it won’t be easy against the Mustangs.
