GILLETTE, Wyo. (AP) — A couple from Illinois say they want to find and thank six people who helped them change a tire on Interstate 90 in northeastern Wyoming.

The blowout happened July 23 near Rozet. Carol and Herb Sutherland say they'd just been to Devils Tower and couldn't get roadside service through their insurance company.

They say a woman stopped and offered to help. Herb Sutherland says he needed a tool the woman didn't have but she called some friends who lived nearby.

Another man stopped to help, followed by the woman's friends and her husband, whom she was able to wave down as he drove past.

Carol Sutherland says the woman's husband found a tire jack to complete the repair, enabling them to continue driving to Montana.
