That big Thanksgiving meal is less than a week away. That means for most, it's turkey time! And afterwards, typically that tired feeling that makes a lot of us say, I need to rest.

Most people often associate the bird with tryptophan, thinking that makes them sleepy. While it does contribute to the grogginess, many foods can make you feel tired. Sometimes it's the amount you consume, and since some of us eat a lot of food on Thanksgiving, with the focus on one big meal, no wonder you may need a few extra "Z's."
