Five state champions will be crowned over the next two days, as Laramie hosts the 2014 Wyoming State High School Football Championships at War Memorial Stadium.

There are two games Friday and three more on Saturday. It begins with the 1A-6man championship game followed by the 3A title game. Action on day two will commence with a pair of rematches. The 2A and 1A championship games will pit two teams against each other for a second straight year. It finalizes with the 4A title tilt Saturday afternoon.

Class 1A-6man: Guernsey-Sunrise vs. Dubois, Friday at 12 p.m.

Both the Vikings and the Rams have been to Laramie, and each has won a title in the previous five years. Guernsey-Sunrise won the first 6-man championship in 2009 at War Memorial Stadium, while Dubois captured the top spot in 2012. The Rams also played in the 2011 title game.

Guernsey and Dubois have met in the regular season. It was all the way back in week one and the Vikings won 60-12.

Class 3A: Cody vs. Douglas, Friday at 3 p.m.

The Douglas Bearcats have been to Laramie four of the past five years. They've played in seven of the last nine 3A state championship games. The last title for the Bearcats was in 2010. That was part of three straight for Douglas. Meanwhile, Cody makes their second appearance at the War. They were here in year one, 2009, and lost to the Bearcats, 44-14.

Cody and Douglas have also played this season. They met in week two in Cody. The Bearcats prevailed 13-7.

Class 2A: Mountain View vs. Big Horn, Saturday at 10 a.m.

This game is the first of the two rematches from last year's state championship games. Big Horn defeated Mountain View 47-22 behind five touchdowns from Christian Mayer, who does return for the Rams this year.

Big Horn is making their third title game appearance in Laramie, while this is the second for the Buffaloes.

These two did not meet in the regular season. They've been ranked 1-2 for most of the 2014 season.

Class 1A: Cokeville vs. Lusk, Saturday at 1 p.m.

This is the second rematch from a year ago. Cokeville beat the Tigers by a final of 13-12. The difference was a made PAT.

Cokeville has been to Laramie three times, in 2010, 2011 and 2013 and won each year they've been here. Lusk is making their fourth appearance at War Memorial Stadium. They have yet to win here, and two of those losses have been to the Panthers.

These teams did not meet in the regular season.

Class 4A: Natrona Country vs. Gillette, Saturday at 4 p.m.

Natrona and Gillette are meeting for the second time in the last three years at the state championships. NC won two years ago by a final score of 35-7 over the Camels.

The Mustangs are making their third appearance in Laramie, while Gillette is here for the second time. Natrona has won the crown in both their previous visits.

Natrona won the regular season meeting at Gillette in the fourth game of the season by a final of 47-7. The story here is that six Gillette players have been suspended for this game, which leaves the Camels a bit short-handed.
