We’re halfway through the Nationals Rodeo in Las Vegas and the Wyoming contingent continues to pile up money. In the saddle bronc, Cheyenne East High School grad and Hillsdale native Brody Cress finished 4th in the round for the 4th consecutive night to earn $11.000. he had an 88 last night so Cress is  6th in the world standings and 2nd in the average. Also in the saddle bronc, former Sheridan College Cowboy Zeke Thurston had an 82 so that placed him 6th in the round with a pay-out of $2115. 38. Thurston is still #1 in the world standings and sits in 4th place in the average. In the tie-down roping, former Eastern Wyoming College cowboy Riley Pruitt recorded a 7 and 7 for the 2nd straight night and finished 2nd for the 2nd straight night. He also won $20, 730.77 for the 2nd straight so Pruitt has vaulted to 5th in the world standings and 8th in the average. In the bareback, former Central Wyoming College cowboy Ty Breuer had a no score so he is 11th in the world and  14th in the average. In the team roping, Ty Blasingame who is calling Casper home with a 5 and 5 but that was out of the money so he is 11th in the world standings and 14th in the average. The 6th round of the NFR will be tonight from Las Vegas.
