URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Cheyenne WY
202 PM MST Sun Dec 29 2019

...FRIGID WIND CHILLS WEST OF THE LARAMIE RANGE...

As the system that first brought the region snow, then wind and
blowing snow, exits to the north and east, a very cold air mass
will settle across the region in its wake, with areas west of the
Laramie Range seeing a combination of wind and low temperatures
that will bring wind chill values between -20 and -30 degrees.
Increased westerly winds will aid in ending the cold snap midweek.
