It's been another banner year for stupid criminals in the Cowboy State. Here are the nominees for Wyoming's dumbest criminal of 2019 (so far).

'Little Person' Wrestler Gets Slammed For Steroids - It's not difficult to imagine a professional wrestler getting arrested for possession of steroids...unless the pro wrestler is 4'6" tall. In April, three members of the Micro Wrestling Federation were busted when cops found marijuana and 342 grams of anabolic steroids in their hotel room after an event in Gillette.

Drunk Mom Kicks Cop Where It Counts - In August, Casper Police responded to a complaint about an intoxicated couple who were arguing and causing a scene at a local restaurant. When they arrived, a 27-year-old Canadian woman kicked an officer in the groin while holding her newborn baby. After she was arrested, the woman vomited in the back seat of the squad car.

Drunk Dude Calls 911 Four Times To Find Lost Passport - If at first, you don't succeed, try, try again. A good philosophy for life; a bad philosophy for dialing 911. In October, a man in Casper called to report his missing passport. After the police couldn't find his passport, he called 911 again, demanding that officers search his hotel room. A few minutes later, he called again. Finally, at 2:30 a.m., he placed his fourth 911 call, this time to report his cell phone was lost and was arrested for public drunkenness.

Drunk Woman Drives To Police Station, Demands To Be Arrested - The Campbell County Sheriff's Department had an unexpected visitor in October when a woman showed up at the station to turn herself in for driving under the influence of alcohol. The woman arrived at the Sheriff's office in Gillette around 2:30 a.m. She then told a deputy that she had driven to the station and asked to be arrested. After she failed a field sobriety test, she was charged with DUI.
