Monday, March 24, 7 p.m. -- Faculty response to the UW Art Museum exhibition“Stocked,” UW Art Museum. Free.

Tuesday, March 25, 3 p.m. -- Department of History Faculty Spotlight, “Oral histories of agricultural collectivization in Uzbekistan,” Professor Marianne Kamp, College of Business Room 10. Free.

Thursday, March 27, 4 p.m. -- UW President’s Speaker Series talk, “The biological hunger for salt and the wars that salt has caused,” UW Neuroscience Professor Bill Flynn, College of Arts and Sciences auditorium. Free.

Thursday, March 27, 7:30 p.m. -- Jazz festival concert featuring outstanding student vocal jazz choirs and guest artists David Scott and Kelsey Shiba, Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts concert hall. Free.

Friday, March 28, 7 p.m. -- Planetarium show, “Storm Struck,” followed at 8 p.m. by “Pink Floyd.” Tickets for each show cost $3 for adults, $2 for students and free to children under 12. Enter through the southwest doors of the Physical Sciences Building.

Friday, March 28, 7:30 p.m. -- Jazz festival concert featuring outstanding student instrumentalists and guest Artists Michael Rodriguez and Damani Phillips, Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts concert hall. Free.

Sunday, March 30, 3 p.m. -- Department of Music Faculty Recital Series featuring mezzo-soprano Katrina Zook joined by jazz pianist Ben Markley, Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts concert hall. Free.

Sunday, March 30, 4 p.m. -- Former Department of State policy planning director Richard H. Solomon launches the“Wyoming Goes Global Conference,” UW Conference Center at the Hilton Garden Inn. Free.

A variety of exhibitions can be seen at the UW Art Museum in the Centennial Complex, 2111 Willett Drive, open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Mondays from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Free.
