Clients of the Wyoming Small Business Development Center pumped more than $13 million of financial capital into Wyoming's economy in 2015. State Director of the Small Business Development Center at the University of Wyoming Jill Kline says the capital was contributed in the forms of Small Business Administration loans, conventional loans, alternative financing and personal investment commenced fol
