Senators John Barrasso and Cynthia Lummis have drawn their line in the sand when it comes to the COVID-19 vaccine.

President Joe Biden is hailing Congress’ passage of his $1 trillion infrastructure package as a “monumental step forward for the nation."

The House voted Thursday to hold Steve Bannon, a longtime ally and aide to former President Donald Trump, in contempt of Congress after he defied a subpoena from the committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection.

Barrasso said the Biden Administration has failed the American people so far in their time in the White House. He said President Biden has not given the American people what they want.

Legislation passed by the House on Friday would guarantee a woman’s right to an abortion.

"The American people, through a GoFundMe page, have raised over a million dollars for Rylee's wife and baby daughter, who will never get a chance to meet him," Barrasso said. "And today, I have a lot more faith in the American people than I certainly do in this disgraced and incompetent president."

"He protected the airport as Americans and our allies escaped to safety. His mission saved thousands of lives. While Rylee was protecting others, he was killed by a terrorist bomb."

The Senate has moved closer to passing a $1 trillion infrastructure package after lawmakers from both parties came together and voted to clear a key procedural hurdle.

A national eviction moratorium is set to expire Saturday night after President Joe Biden and Congress failed to extend it.

"Nancy Pelosi has made it very clear - she did it on the Sunday show this past week - that that will never see the light of day in the house unless and until the much bigger $3.5 trillion spending bill gets passed in the senate and sent to the house."
