Republican National Committee

As officials gathered in Utah this week for the Republican National Committee's winter meeting, party leaders left no doubt that the GOP is choosing to serve former President Donald Trump and his political interests before the next presidential election.

The Republican National Committee have voted to censure Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, largely because of their participation in the January 6 House Committee.

Trump has not ruled out running again in 2024 after losing his reelection bid.
