Three juveniles have been charged with reckless endangerment and property destruction after a trooper caught them shooting road signs north of Cheyenne.

The post says Simpson was arrested on 15 felony counts of Reckless Endangerment, Property Destruction, and Possession of a Deadly Weapon with unlawful intent.

Police say they have identified a man who allegedly fired at a vehicle in south Cheyenne Sunday night.

He was arrested early the next morning, according to the affidavit.

Police responded at roughly 12:30 a.m. Wednesday after a Chrysler 300 crashed into a parked vehicle, fifth-wheel trailer and a home.
