Laramie residents have long known that their town is, for the most part, an idyllic spot. But Laramie is getting some national recognition and has been named one of the top 100 places to live in Livability.com’s 2018 Top 100 Places to Live list.
Students who decide to attend the University of Wyoming are very likely to enjoy a return on their investment, according to a new list of best-value universities across the country that ranked UW No. 3.
Personal finance website GoodCall ranked 292 schools across the country based on average monthly pay, pay relative to tenured and tenure-track faculty, cost of living for the area, student-teacher ratio, and student graduation rates.
“As the state’s attention focuses on growing and diversifying Wyoming’s economy during this current downturn, all of the inherent benefits of doing business in Wyoming can come in to play,” Gullberg says.
