Republican gubernatorial candidate has hired a former employee of i360, a data processing company backed in part by the Koch brothers.

Bill Landen is retired from Casper College. Drew Perkins is an attorney and a certified public accountant.

Voters would have been allowed to switch parties no fewer than 30 days before primary day.
