Pridefest

Laramie PrideFest was in June. The celebrations gave voice to and highlighted Laramie's diverse cultures, and celebrated and honored them with a host of events.

In addition to the march and Pride in the Park on June 29, there will be performances, Drag Story Hour, Yarn Night, and a Matthew Shepard Candlelight Vigil.

Robert West, PrideFest founder and organizer, said this year’s celebration will feature 15 different events including a pride march, an open mic night, an additional drag show, queer film festival and pride interfaith service.

The first event of the pridefest will begin tonight at the Albany County Public Library.
