Governor Mark Gordon has announced that the state of Wyoming filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, challenging the de-facto moratorium on oil and gas leasing on federal land that was issued by President Biden and Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland.
The Office of Governor Mark Gordon has released a statement indicating that Wyoming has joined 21 other states in a lawsuit to block Biden’s cancellation of the Keystone Pipeline.
The US Department of the Interior has announced that Deb Haaland will, in fact, take the oath of office to become the 54th Secretary of the Department of the Interior Tuesday afternoon, in a small ceremony with family.
