Natrona County Fire District

The investigation lasted 20 days and included multiple law enforcement, federal and fire agencies.

The fire district will release further information on the burn restrictions on Wednesday.

All open burning was to be suspended by 11 a.m. and no extended hours will be grounded.

Firefighters say the trash was left at two different locations on the ice.

Few details in the accident, including the condition of the driver and circumstances of the wreck, were available.

The call came in at 12:20 p.m. Thursday.

Fire Captain Darek Pepple, Firefighter Derek Higgins and Firefighter Chris Weaver are headed to the Mullen Fire in a brush unit.

Shortly before 11 p.m. Thursday, NCFD Chief Brian Oliver said the fire was six miles long.

The crash occurred shortly before 11 a.m. Sunday.
