This is the 16th reported motorcyclist to die on Wyoming's highways so far this year.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol says two men were killed early Sunday morning after the semi they were traveling in rolled off Interstate 80, burying them in snow.

They also noted the marker was dedicated in 1933 by a chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy, which had strong ties to the Ku Klux Klan.
