A 40-year-old Cheyenne man is facing drug charges following a traffic stop in north central Cheyenne.

This arrest started as a traffic start.

Most of the stolen weapons were handguns.

In prosecuting the cases at F.E. Warren, the Air Force asserted that LSD users can experience "profound effects" from even small amounts.

Mark Gall is charged with one count of possession of cocaine, one count of possession of heroin and one count of possession of LSD. If convicted of the charges, he could face up to 15 years in prison and $30,000 in fines.

Breyfogle pleaded not guilty to two counts possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession with intent to deliver in Albany County District Court Tuesday.

The warrant was issued as part of an ongoing drug investigation, according to a news release from the Teton County Sheriff's Office.

Court documents say one of the teens told officers that he believed everyone besides Porter was under the influence of PCP at the time.

“This was a course of conduct that went on over a long period of time,” said Donnell.
