Wyoming and Colorado Law Enforcement are teaming up to address the increased traffic and potential impaired drivers as fans travel to and from the Border War football game this Saturday, Nov. 4 between the University of Wyoming and the Colorado State University Rams.

The operation saw FBI agents and task force officers working together to set up stings in hotels, casinos and truck stops, as well as on street corners and websites.

The 108th Border War kicks off Saturday night, and Wyoming and Colorado law enforcement agencies will be teaming up to sideline impaired drivers.

Law Enforcement Agencies were presented with banners signed by Laramie residents during the 2016 Cowboy Kickoff and Pep Rally.

The banner for the UWPD is located only at the 17th Street Cafe, while the banners for each of the other three agencies will be available at ANB Bank, Fresh Flower Fantasy, and the Feed Store.

The ten-week academy, which is free and open to the public, begins on September 7 and runs through November 9.
