Kids of all ages are invited to put on a costume and head to downtown Laramie for tricks or treats during Scaramie on Saturday, October 27th from 10 a.m. to noon. Over 3,000 people celebrated Halloween with Scaramie last year according to the Laramie Main Street Alliance and they're hoping for another good turnout.
The second annual Downtown Kickoff, a partnership between the Laramie Main Street Alliance and University of Wyoming Athletic Department will take place after the first home football game on September 8th.
