The Wyoming Department of Transportation, or WYDOT, is in the process of discussing plans for the reconstruction of Grand Avenue between 15th and 21st Streets in the year 2014. We want to know what you think will be the most important improvement on Grand Avenue.

Plans to reconstruct Grand Avenue in Laramie between 15th and 21st Streets in 2014 will be the main topic at an open house being put on by the Wyoming Department of Transportation. WYDOT spokesperson Ross Doman says the public is welcome to come and learn more about the project on September 27 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the West Ballroom in the UW Student Union.

Road and water infrastructure have been the hot topic of discussion around Laramie for years. In the coming months the Laramie Public Works Department is hoping to begin approximately thirty infrastructure projects. It’s a step that will greatly improve the quality and efficiency of Laramie’s streets and the cities decaying water and waste water lines.
