Plans to reconstruct Grand Avenue in Laramie between 15th and 21st Streets in 2014 will be the main topic at an open house being put on by the Wyoming Department of Transportation. WYDOT spokesperson Ross Doman says the public is welcome to come and learn more about the project on September 27 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the West Ballroom in the UW Student Union.
