Deputy Greg Baker says no foul play was involved.

He was alone in the vehicle.

Although the victims' names were used by others on social media in the wake of the crash, Stratmoen was unable to release the names until authorities could notify family members.

Neighbors reported the fire at noon on Feb. 26.

Quillin and Hinkle remain in custody.

He could face up to life in prison plus 15 years if convicted on all counts.
