Hynds Building

A historic building that has sat vacant in downtown Cheyenne for 40 years may soon have new life.

The mayor also says at least five groups are looking at the Hynds.

The adjacent property commonly known as "the hole" has been vacant since a 2003 fire destroyed a bakeshop that was once located there.
