Herschler Building

A Cheyenne man is facing a felony arson charge after reportedly setting fire to his car next to the Herschler Building early Saturday morning.

A consultant on the project to renovate Wyoming's Capitol says it's unclear if the work will be completed in time to meet the state's target of having the building ready for the 2019 legislative session.

After seven long weeks, the Wyoming Legislature is all moved out of the Capitol.  Legislative sessions will resume at the Jonah Business Center in Cheyenne beginning with the 2016 Budget Session, which starts Feb. 8.
