On Nov. 3, Charles Gamble of High on Life will plead guilty to operating a drone in Mesa Verde National Park in southwestern Colorado.

The attorney for the High on Life defendants and federal prosecutors want to settle all the charges against the defendants in federal court in Mammoth Hot Springs.

The defendants and their Vancouver, B.C.-based High on Life/SundayFundayz have drawn international outrage for posting videos of unethical if not illegal behavior at national parks and international sites.

Besides posting their behavior at Yellowstone on social media sites, the four men with High on Life have done so with them behaving unethically if not illegally at the Bonneville Salt Flats and the Berlin Holocaust Memorial.

The Assistant U.S. Attorney said he would like to have all the cases resolved as one, but that may not be possible. The next status conference with the court is Aug. 8.

The High on Life defendants will call the Yellowstone Justice Center in Mammoth, YNP, and speak to U.S. Magistrate Mark Carman during a status conference hearing, according to the docket in their federal court posting.

It is unknown whether the men will be returning soon from Canada to the United States and whether a plea deal is in the works. They would face the charges in the federal courthouse at Mammoth, YNP.

Hamish McNab Campbell Cross entered the United States on a New Zealand passport.

The case, both legal and digital, started Monday when a park visitor reported to a park ranger that he saw several people off the boardwalk at Grand Prismatic Spring on Saturday.
