Geological Museum

The University of Wyoming Geological Museum will be able to display the entirety of its fossil collection thanks to a $101,413 grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

The University of Wyoming has once again topped a national list, this time for having an amazing college museum.

The life-sized copper statue of Tyrannosaurus rex that guards the front of the University of Wyoming’s Geological Museum will celebrate it's "birthday:" the 50th anniversary of its dedication on Friday, April 11.
